• All sessions are 55 minutes. Sessions cannot be extended for late clients.
• Socks are required during sessions and classes.
• Full payment is required prior to the start of your session. We accept personal checks, cash, and credit cards (Visa/MasterCard/AmEx).
• There is 24-hour cancellation policy. No exceptions.
• Please sign in at the desk before sessions/classes.
• All packages expire 6 months from date of issue. Once your series has expired, the package discount will no longer apply.
• There are no refunds, but paid sessions are transferable.
• A series extension will be granted only when accompanied by a written statement from a licensed medical professional.
• Standing appointments are for 3 months. Frequent cancellations will result in the loss of your standing appointment.
• Appointment reminder calls are a courtesy, but are not the studio's obligation.
• If your semi-private partner cancels more than 24 hours prior to your appointment, we will notify you immediately and give you the option of either taking a private or cancelling your session.
