Center for Movement's Pilates Teacher Training Certification Program
Philosophy
CENTER FOR MOVEMENT, a preeminent Pilates studio for nearly a decade, strictly adheres to the philosophical and physiological principles incorporated by Joseph Pilates in his formulation of the Pilates method. Our Pilates Certification program offers a comprehensive course of study, providing the candidate with the skills needed in becoming a highly skilled certified Pilates Instructor. Trainees will have the opportunity to learn the techniques and principles of the Authentic Pilates Method, as well as the proper execution of the exercises. The program will focus on techniques of instruction vital to producing a positive client experience. All Pilates apparatus will be included in the program.
PROGRAM PREREQUISTE
To enter the program, all candidates must have completed a minimum of 20 private or semi-private sessions on the Pilates apparatus and 30 mat classes at either CENTER FOR MOVEMENT or another authentic Pilates studio.
